While working at Scopic Software, I designed a referral program prototype for Chateau Avalon, for a client of ours. Chateau Avalon wanted to increase repeat bookings and attract new clients by motivating existing customers to refer friends.

The goal: create a simple, engaging referral experience that encourages sharing and rewards both parties.

In just one week, I designed a rapid referral flow for Chateau Avalon, enabling guests to join after their stay and share a unique QR code with friends. Ambassadors earn $20 per successful referral, while referred guests receive free breakfast or cinnamon treats. I focused on frictionless sharing, clear onboarding, and intuitive reward visibility, creating a smooth experience that drives engagement for both existing and new customers. After the client approved the flow, i handed off the components, screens, and some notes to the developer to ensure a smooth transition.

Results & Impact

Ensured a fun, easy to understand program that incentivizes repeat bookings and referrals. Ready for implementation with minimal developer handoff, demonstrating quick turnaround design skills.

Completed full referral flow in one week with rapid UX/UI iterations.

It was just a short one week project, but the main reason I wanted to include it on my portfolio, was the impact. Some times, just a small initiative, can help and led to new costumers and business growth.
